PILATES
Pilates is a fundamental technique focussing on core strength and stability. The benefits are endless; from injury prevention, to improved posture through to relief of stress and back pain. These are just some of the reasons why pilates is the perfect accompaniment to chiropractic care. One to one and small group sessions held at the clinic, with the opportunity to join a class in time.
1 to 1 sessions - £40 (All clients must attend a minimum of two initially)
1 to 2/3 sessions - £20 per person
PERSONAL TRAINING
Focus on individual goals, facilitate weight loss/gain and improve muscular strength and endurance. Individual training schedules designed for future sporting events.
1 to 1 sessions - £33
REHABILLITATION
Supervised and individual rehabilitation programmes prescribed by your chiropractor that will aid recovery and prevent injury reoccurrence.
1 to 1 sessions - £33
GYM HOURS:
Tuesdays 9am – 12pm
Wednesdays 3.30pm-6.30pm
Fridays 12.30pm-3.30pm
