The Gymball for rehabilitation and fitness

Using a gymball for strength and fitness may be a relatively new concept, but it is not just another fitness fad.  The ball has been used extensively in rehabilitation for more than 30 years.  The idea of broadening its use from strictly medical rehabilitation device to a mainstream fitness tool came about in the early 1990s.  It is now extremely popular in gyms, for personal training and for home programmes.  Sporting clubs and trainers recognise its value for injury prevention, sport-specific training and improved athletic performance. 

This is a training tool that is here to stay!

Basic gymball principles, combined with strength conditioning, provide an exceptional workout, above and beyond other more expensive, cumbersome or complicated routines and equipment.
